Description
The most difficult thing to attain with any design, is perfect balance. Perfect balance is immediately apparent and almost always totally reliant on the finest of detail. There is no better example of perfectly balanced furniture design than the Norman table. The careful composition of the two near identical elements ties together the whole piece and the deviation in height means the table has a smaller footprint and a more complete feel. The luxurious design pair’s elegance with whimsical charm making use of transparency and opaqueness that will lend to its adaptability. It will never dominate a room meaning it would sit well anywhere.
The table tops deviate from each other not only in height and size but also in material. The larger table top sits above the smaller one, partly overlapping and cast from a fine oak veneer. The smaller of the two is made from flawless smoked glass, making use of transparency to complement its form. Both table tops feature a partition, opposing halves of a once complete circle, both of which  are cast from aged brass. This circle protrudes through the base of both table tops eventually forming the large curved stands of the table. Both stands are tied together by thin bands of aged brass, at once robust and delicate.
