Description
Boreal ecosystems are those found in the Arctic and are epitomised by the presence of vast mountain ranges, wonderful alpine vistas and soothing watery landscapes. Taking its influence from these majestic yet soothing environments, the Boreal bar stool is an assured and, despite its natural origins, a distinctly modern addition to any entertaining space. Elegant in its materials and confident in its bold structure, there really is no better piece for any modern living space.
The glamour on display with this piece is immediately evident through its four ‘V’ shaped legs that guide and excite the eyes as they travel around the piece. The sleek and shining polished copper is elegant in its modern sheen and reminiscent of the triangular form of the mountain ranges that inspire the piece. Positioned atop these expressive and angular lines, the cushion and backrest of this piece offer contrast at its core that is both visual and material. The deep and sensuous presence of the upholstered velvet is a tactile form of elegance that provides a delightful comfort to the eyes and perfect rest to the touch simultaneously. The sense of exuberant balance that is expressed by this central contrast makes this piece a quintessentially modern addition to any living space.
