Description
Wanderlust is defined as the innate human desire or strong longing for wandering, or adventure and to explore. The Willow side table expresses through its design, that whether our ambitions are big or small, we are all drawn towards the skies or to adventure in our own unique ways. Built of a multitude of pillars of a variety of sizes (yet precisely the same heights) this piece is a magnificently playful and luxurious addition to any living room or bedroom.
Taking them on and individual basis, these columns are built of a combination of gold plated brass and walnut wood that meets at different heights on each column. The combination of the sleek shine of the bright gold plated brass and the multitudinous surface of the dark walnut wood root makes this piece a dance of colours and lines. Once they are accumulated together, these individual columns play off one another in a delight for the senses. The gathering of all these similar yet disparate pieces, that all meet at the same height to produce a clever table top, exemplifies that it is possible to stand out amongst the crowd. Just as this piece will no doubt stand out in any room.
