Description
The world is expansive, exciting and full of adventure to the child’s imagination and travel only goes to reaffirm this sense of the vast universe we inhabit. Inspired by the vintage travel suitcases of bygone years, the trinity chest of drawers can’t help but inspire wondrous images of family holidays and new lands. A site of memory and of possibility, this piece beautifully evokes that feeling of packing and unpacking everything you need for the trip of a lifetime.
The light, pastel palette immediately gives a sense of the rose-tinted nostalgia that images of past holidays often take on, of summer skies and pink sunsets. The wonderfully thought through velvet and polished-brass detailing gives the sense of luxury one experiences checking into hotels and soaring above the clouds. Design is the name of the game here though, the adorable and tactile feel of these drawers cleverly disguised as suitcases will give your children that very material feeling of holiday every time they are opened. Who wouldn’t want to evoke memories of that first time on a sandy beach, the sight of exotic landscapes or the first ski slope of many many more to come?
