Starting with its base it would appear that this piece is classical in its design as opposed to a radical contemporary piece. The deep green Indian marble is historically elegant and grounds this piece within a long lineage of luxury interior design. However, from this familiar base, the piece dazzles in a variety of modern turns. Formed of sleek and shining tubes of polished aluminium, the majority of this piece is a dynamic and energetic circular form that gives off the appearance of whirlpool-like movement due to its spontaneous variety.
