Description
The bookshelf is a site of creative wonder where we discover new possibilities, fantastical stories and escape the bounds of the physical world in moment of imaginative abandon. The mesmerising Olivia bookshelf offers itself as a divine display that is every bit as magical of any of the worlds we enter during the act of reading our favourite tales. Through a unique form and an abundance of luxurious materials the designers of this piece have created a stunning addition to any contemporary reading corner.
At every turn the Olivia bookcase fuses functionality with aesthetic beauty. The base of the piece is crafted from a deep, both in colour and its emotive power, Walnut root wood leaf in a gloss finish that is every part as sturdy as it is sensual. Expertly concealed front drawers then adorn the front of the piece in a display of luxurious materials including the same Walnut root, white Bird Eye wood leaf marquetry and and interior doors in the same white Bird Eye wood. From this already extravagant base, the piece then bursts into new, glamorous life. A series of radiant curves and geometric shelves in gold polished stainless steel and a crystalline clear glass create the central feature of the piece, framing both your space and your possessions in an unrivalled display of expressive beauty.
