Description
The interplay of lines has been an act of artistry since artistry began, whether its Picasso, Bauhaus or De Stijl. The Hollie table exudes the influence of such modern design and fuses it effortlessly with a natural finish. This piece knows how to attract and hold the attention of its viewer at every turn, both in its materials and its form. The quintessential centrepiece, this piece acts as an understated yet dynamic focal point for any great room.
A visual delight, the play of angles and lines in this piece draws us in by our senses only to reveal further sensual treats the closer we get. The stark and robust table top with its bold rectangular shape, becomes a web of geometric patterns upon closer inspection. Perfectly balanced the natural walnut finish adds to this harmonious interplay of lines. The central triangular table legs of this table draw us in like a gateway into the piece’s theatre of lines. The brushed brass finish reveals itself subtly around this piece, again appearing as part of this table’s hidden luxury. Simplicity is all too often underrated when it comes to creating a perfect centrepiece, a fact that the designers of this elegant piece know all too well.
