Description
Think long nights of elegance, glamour and sophistication, the Foster bar table would be at home within the smoky back rooms and dazzling dance floors of mid century Paris, or within the depths of stylish speakeasies such as the Cotton Club in 1920s New York. A nostalgic flashback to the lavish parties of jazz musicians, artists and intellectuals of the mid century and enough to make you want to stay up all night, dancing the Charleston or singing the blues. The Foster bar table features an array of beautiful marbles, such as Carrara marble, the oceanic tones of Nero Marquina marble, green marble and the earthy hues of Light Emperador marble.
These stunningly crafted and sculpted marbles invoke a sense of downtown 1970s New York as much as they do the spirit of classical Rome, the Foster bar table’s design works in perfect harmony with both the old and the new aesthetics. Made from both solid walnut wood, lacquered wood, this piece has a sturdy, solid structure to dance and laugh all night around. The deep tones of the solid walnut wood give a sense of homeliness, warmth and friendliness. The gold plated brass finishing imbue this piece with the utmost glamour, luxuriousness and sophistication, shining to illuminate your nights with a stylish, modernist spirit.
